3. Rebuild the architecture decision map

SAA-C03 rewards fast elimination. Create a simple map:

Identity and access: IAM policies, roles, resource policies, permission boundaries, SCPs.

Networking: VPC, subnets, route tables, NAT, VPC endpoints, transit gateway, Site-to-Site VPN, Direct Connect.

Compute: EC2, Auto Scaling groups, launch templates, ECS, EKS, Lambda, Fargate.

Storage: S3, EBS, EFS, FSx, Glacier classes, lifecycle policies.

Database: RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, Redshift.

Messaging: SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Kinesis.

For each line, ask: when is this service the default answer?

4. Target the high-variance topics

Spend the final hours on the areas that appear in multiple domains:

VPC endpoint vs NAT gateway vs transit gateway

RDS/Aurora failover and read scaling

Auto Scaling lifecycle hooks and instance refresh

SQS FIFO vs standard queue characteristics

Close the video course. Do not start a new practice test bank. Do not try to learn a new service.

Exam-day execution
