AWS does not currently offer a credential called “AWS Generative AI Professional.” The closest official certs are AWS Certified AI Practitioner (foundational), AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate, and AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty. If a course calls itself “Generative AI Professional,” check whether it maps to these exams or is a company-branded program. This matters because employers search for the official names.
